  • How long does shipping take in the USPS? Packages are normally processed and sent shipped within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping can take between 5-7 business for delivery and Priority shipping takes between 2-3 business days in the U.S.

  • Do you ship internationally? No, but we hope that as we expand our company, KIA KOLOUR will be able to ship internationally in the future. 

  • What is your return policy? KIA KOLOUR jewelry is made to order so we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final unless there is a mistake on behalf of KIA KOLOUR. We would be more than happy to send another order to you. Please send us a photo of your damaged item to kiakolour@gmail.com and once our conclusion is determined we will then send a new jewelry piece to the address that we have on file for you. If additional information is needed we will inquire all specifics through email. Please read our policy before ordering.

  • What is your jewelry made of? Most of our hardware is made from stainless steel which contains nickel. Stainless steel is known to be a high quality alternative to sterling silver. This element contributes to the durability and shine. Depending on the design we use both 304 stainless steel or 316L surgical stainless steel which both have a lower percentage of nickel, while being hypoallergenic. Some of our pendants are antique silver plated which gives a unique finish and some of our hardware is plated. Also, We use authentic leathers which are deer skin and cowhide leathers to compliment the jewelry design. 

  • Do you restock your jewelry items? Because our pieces are handmade sometimes it can be challenging to find some of the same hardware pieces. There is no estimated time if and when the item will restock but if we plan to do so, you can be the first to know by signing up on our email list! 

  • Do you create custom orders? Although we would love to, at the moment KIA KOLOUR does not create custom orders. We may offer this in the future depending on a new design concept.
